Candidate for MCA, Kabiro Ward
MaxwellChangilwa
A son of Kabiro, shaped by mjengo workers, mama mbogas and the everyday struggles of our people.

10 August 2027The next general election
The election date has arrived.
Kabiro Ward
A Kabiro without political brokers: an MCA close to the people, with real results for workers, youth and families.
01Who is Maxwell
Kabiro shaped him.
The people of Kabiro are why he is running.
Every rough road he has walked, every mjengo worker he has spoken to, every mama mboga he has listened to is his reason for running.
He is the founding voice of the Official Maxwell Changilwa Amugune Supporters Community, and he is standing for MCA in Kabiro Ward in 2027. He lost his phone to a motorbike snatcher in Kabiro, and says an MCA must be present and accountable, not hidden behind gatekeepers.
