Kabiro shaped
who I am.
Maxwell Changilwa Amugune is a son of Kabiro, standing for MCA in Kabiro Ward, Dagoretti North, in the 2027 elections.

He was shaped by the mjengo community and the mama mbogas, and by the everyday struggles of the people he has lived among.
He is the founding voice of the Official Maxwell Changilwa Amugune Supporters Community.
Maxwell believes an MCA must be close to the people, not hidden behind gatekeepers and middlemen.

He has lived the problems he talks about.
He lost his phone to a motorbike snatcher in Kabiro, and he once fell seriously ill from food poisoning on a Sunday when every private hospital in the ward was closed.
Those experiences sit behind his pledges on security and emergency healthcare.
