Kabiro does not need street lights alone — it needs boots on the ground. Every resident deserves to walk safely in their own ward, day and night.
✅Establish 2 fully operational police posts within Kabiro Ward to deter and respond to crime
✅End motorbike phone snatching and street muggings through increased security personnel presence
✅Mobilize community policing units across all sub-locations
✅Install energy-saving solar street lights along all major roads and alleys — full-night operation, no interruptions
✅Engage the NYS for additional ward security patrols alongside community policing efforts
✅Launch youth diversion programs to address the root causes of crime in the ward
